Overview
- Refund Cricaria
- No Refund if Customer change mood to return after delivery.
- Only if the product is damaged by factory or delivery service then is can be refuned.
- After anykind of use of the product refund is not aplcable.
- Please note that you should keep and be able to provide proper documentation and proof about your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.).
Refunds
Refund for Stock Product orders:
- After completing point number 1. if the return is applicable then the customer can change the product or take a payment refund. If the product is damaged by the delivery partners then after investigation if damage is proven then refund will aplicable.
- For reguler order After completing point number 1. if return is aplicable then customer can change the product or take payment refund.
- If product damange by the delivery partners then after investigation if damage by our wrong packaging customer will get changed produts or if the product is not in stock the product price will be refunded.
- If customer wants intact product no warrenty & refund will be aplicable. [We will check eatch product before delivery and take records of that products ]
- No exchange will be aplicable before or after delivery without any problem in the product.
- Refund process may take up-to 60Days.
Exchanges
For Pre-Order:
- Pre-Order payments are 100% non-refundable.
- Only if we can’t provide the product or product came with defects & defects caugth by our end before delivery then customer can get a refund.
- If product damange by the delivery partners then after investigation if damage by our wrong packaging customer will get changed produts or if the product is not in stock the product price will be refunded.
- Refund process may take up-to 7-60 Days.
- If customer wants intact product no warrenty & refund will be aplicable. [We will check eatch product before delivery and take records of that products ]
- No exchange will be aplicable before or after delivery without any problem in the product.
- If customer changes mood after paying in Advance after order process no refund is aplicatble.
- If product got late by any problem no refund will be aplicable. When we receive the product customer can take the products.
- If shipment took more then 4 months to receive customer will get 80% of the gived advance payment
Gifts
Ex-Change:
- Aplicable if the product is unpacked.
- If any kind of damage happens during the delivery customer to seller the exchange will be canceled.
- Customer have to bare the exchange delivary cost.
