After an order, it may take 1-2 weeks to process all the products and send them to our china warehouse. The importer will process the parcel for shipment. This may take one week depending on the current shipping situation in china. From the shipment date, it takes 1 week to come in BD. After that BD customs will process the parcel for delivery this may take up to 1 week.

Please note that,

i) Delivery time will not start from when you complete your payments.

Regular Delivery Timeline:

Regular delivery or cash on delivery may take 2/5 days in-side Dhaka by our currier partners PaperFly, Steadfast. This may change due to error, bad weather, VIP Movements, political, Holidays, etc. Outside Dhaka, depending on the type of products we can use PaperFly, Steadfast, or Shundarban Currier as per their delivery time. Delivery attempts will be taken within 48 hours.

Please note that,

i) Fragile and/or Sensitive items (example Electronics, Home appliances, decorative items, crockeries, etc.) may be excluded from the above conditions.

ii) Delivery charge(s) may apply if the seller fixed the price of the product without adding a delivery charge.

iii) Waiver of the delivery charge(s) may depend on different circumstances such as delivery area, road conditions, transportations cost, etc.

iv) liquid items, gymnasium instruments, and any kind of product that may require special carrying facilities are excluded from the above condition.

v) If collection or delivery of a Consignment takes place at your premises, we shall not be under any obligation to provide any equipment or labor or any associated cost(s) which, apart from the driver collecting the Consignment, may be required for loading or unloading of a Consignment. The delivery charge does not include any installation cost. Installation cost (if there is any) is subject to the supplier’s policy.

vi) Provision of the home delivery is/are subject to carrier and sellers’ delivery policy.

vii) If any delivery fails due to customer negligence or any other reason from the customer end then the customer is bound to pay the return courier charge(s) as well as the redelivery charge(s).

7. Returns Policy

9. Cancellation

Mamar Gadget retains unqualified right to cancel any order at its sole discretion prior to dispatch and for any reason which may include, but not limited to, the product being mispriced, out of stock, expired, defective, malfunctioned, and containing incorrect information or description arising out of technical or typographical error or for any other reason.

  • After assigning a product to delivery man you can’t cancel the product (if payment is pertially or fully done).
  • If canceling a product after taking delivery process user have to pay the return charge.
  • Pre-order products can’t be cancel once the payment is done by our side.

10. Payments:

Regular Payments:

  • Cash on delivery is applicable if the product’s price is less than the 3000 Taka.
  • Customers have to Carrey the Delivery charge.
  • If the product price is more than 3000, Taka the at list 50% of price have to give in advance for cash on delivery.
  • If the price of the product is less than 250 Taka then 100% advance is required.


  • Minimum 70% of the total price of the product have to pay for pre-order
  • Pre-order money is 100% non-refundable.
  • No amount limit for pre-ordering
  • product price may change less/more depending on stock, shipping charge, unexpected error, TAX, Customs issue, error in products, extra weight, packing, etc

  • Pre-Order payments are 100% non-refundable.
